Join the Research & Development Centre of SAP in Brno and become part of SAP Labs CEE - a regional organization connecting SAP locations across Central and Eastern Europe. Our team shapes the employee experience for a community of more than 700 software engineers by running programs that drive engagement, learning, and growth.
In this role, you'll coordinate initiatives and events that have real visibility - across locations, functions, and leadership levels. You'll work at the intersection of people, operations, and technology, and you'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table.
What you'll do
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, development programs, and cross-location projects from planning through execution
- Plan and run internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions
- Support operational activities in Brno and in collaboration with other SAP Labs CEE locations
- Leverage AI and digital tools to continuously improve how our team works
- Own reporting activities and ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate information
What you bring
- Experience in project coordination, event management, or a similar operational role; corporate environment experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and planning skills - you work in a structured way and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
- Clear, confident communication in both English and Czech or Slovak
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team - you know when to drive and when to collaborate
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and an openness to working with AI and digital productivity tools
