About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our software solutions, and creating new sales opportunities through calls, emails and SMS.
You will work with leads, build relationships with prospects, understand their needs and help connect them with the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and SMS.
Engage with prospects and understand their business requirements.
Present software solutions and communicate their value.
Generate, qualify sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads using CRM tools.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, SaaS sales or B2B sales.
Exceptional English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
Proven experience engaging clients through active listening and needs-based conversations.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Confident and professional phone manner.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
