Software Finder is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior QA professional to lead and perform complex lead verification, quality reviews, audits and issue-driven analysis to ensure lead accuracy and operational quality.
The ideal candidate should have experience in quality assurance, lead verification, data analysis or a similar role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role requires excellent attention to detail, accurate reporting, strong communication and the ability to independently identify quality trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform complex lead verification and two-tier reviews of unapproved leads.
Conduct vendor health checks, refund analysis and targeted quality audits to identify data and process issues.
Perform call quality evaluations and assess lead interactions against established quality standards.
Analyze quality issues, trends and recurring errors to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor lead quality and verification accuracy, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance.
Prepare accurate reports, maintain clear documentation and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all verification, audit and review activities are completed accurately and in accordance with established processes and company policies.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, lead verification, auditing, data analysis or a related role.
Hands-on experience with lead verification, quality audits, call evaluations or similar QA processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and perform root-cause analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
