Security Engineer

En Toku, estamos buscando un Security Engineer apasionado por la ciberseguridad, y motivado por unirse a un equipo de alto rendimiento. Buscamos a una persona que siempre esté buscando maneras de mejorar nuestras prácticas de seguridad. Valoramos a personas curiosas, proactivas, que se adapten rápidamente a los cambios, que puedan pensar de manera creativa, disfruten trabajando en equipo y no tengan miedo de experimentar y desafiar el status quo.

Principales responsabilidades

  1. Definición e implementación de mejoras de seguridad en el desarrollo

  2. Definición e implementación de políticas internas de seguridad, considerando temas de seguridad física, seguridad operativa y seguridad de la información

  3. Obtención y renovación de certificaciones

  4. Gestión de procesos recurrentes como tests de penetración y de vulnerabilidad

  5. Gestión y mitigación de riesgos


Esencial

  1. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

  2. Capacidad de promover cambios culturales y organizacionales

  3. Motivación y pasión por la tecnología y la ciberseguridad

  4. Autonomía en el trabajo, adaptabilidad y experimentación.

  5. Disponibilidad para trabajar full-time.


Deseable

  1. Experiencia obteniendo y/o manteniendo certificaciones PCI, ISO27001 o similares

  2. Experiencia gestionando riesgos dentro de una organización

  3. Experiencia creando e implementando políticas internas de seguridad
