What applying to Upstream usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through Workable can typically expect a straightforward online application process, usually involving submission of a resume and answers to a few role-specific questions. Workable, as an ATS, commonly supports automated acknowledgment emails upon application, though response times vary and are not guaranteed. The hiring process may include multiple stages, such as an initial screening, one or more interviews with team members or hiring managers, and potentially a skills assessment depending on the role, whether in engineering, sales, or operations at Upstream. Candidates should generally expect to provide standard documentation and may be asked to complete assessments relevant to the position. As with most Workable-based systems, communication is often handled through the platform itself, and applicants can commonly check their status via a candidate portal if one is enabled.
