We are looking for a highly experienced and assertive Senior Program Manager to help bring a complex transformation program firmly back on track.
The main focus will be on planning, delivery discipline and results: closely managing the implementation partner, ensuring commitments and deadlines are met, preventing further delays and actively identifying opportunities to recover lost time.
The candidate will work alongside an existing internal Program Manager and team. Strong interpersonal skills will therefore be essential to establish credibility and authority while building constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
Strong planning, governance and execution discipline
Highly assertive and results-oriented, with the ability to challenge and secure commitments
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and escalation skills
Ability to establish authority while integrating smoothly with an existing team
Excellent interpersonal skills, combining firmness with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
Ideally, proven experience taking over delayed or challenging programs and bringing them back on track
