Cadence ABA builds AI-native clinical data software for ABA therapy teams, capturing session data by voice, tracking mastery trends, and drafting billable session notes so clinicians can stay present with clients instead of buried in tablets and paperwork. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and grow relationships with ABA providers, clinics, and industry organizations that expand Cadence's reach and reinforce our position in the ABA software space.
What you'll do
- Identify, prioritize, and develop relationships with ABA clinics, provider networks, and industry associations that can serve as referral sources or channel partners
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to design co-marketing initiatives, joint webinars, and conference presence that generate qualified pipeline
- Track partnership performance against pipeline and revenue targets, and report regularly on program health
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner questions, escalations, and renewal conversations
- Gather partner and market feedback and channel it to product and leadership to inform roadmap and positioning
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally in healthcare technology or SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clinical and business stakeholders
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA or similar) is a plus
Nice to have
- Prior experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or adjacent healthcare verticals
- Experience partnering with clinical or provider organizations
- A network of contacts within the ABA or broader behavioral health industry
