Cadence ABA builds AI-native clinical data software for ABA practices — capturing session trials by voice, structuring the data, tracking mastery trends, and drafting billable session notes so clinicians can stay present with the child instead of a tablet. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to build and run our social presence, helping ABA clinicians, BCBAs, and practice owners discover and understand what Cadence does.
What you'll do
- Own the day-to-day content calendar and posting cadence across our social channels
- Write and produce posts, short-form video, and graphics that explain our product and clinical value in plain language
- Translate product updates and clinical content (like our reference guides and product tour) into engaging social content
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the ABA and clinical community online
- Track performance metrics and report on what's working, adjusting strategy accordingly
- Partner with product and clinical teams to make sure content is accurate and resonates with practicing clinicians
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or healthcare
- Strong writing skills with the ability to make technical or clinical topics clear and engaging
- Comfort with basic content production (video editing, graphic design tools like Canva or similar)
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and using data to guide content decisions
- Self-directed and organized, able to manage a content calendar independently
- Excellent judgment about tone and accuracy when writing about clinical or compliance-sensitive topics
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, behavioral health, or clinical software
- Experience growing a brand's presence on LinkedIn and TikTok
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA-related sensitivities in public-facing content
