  • Liderar a definição e evolução da visão e da estratégia de produto, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio.
  • Gerenciar e priorizar o roadmap de produto com base em dados, pesquisas com usuários e tendências de mercado.
  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com as áreas de Engenharia, Design, Dados e Negócio para desenvolver soluções que gerem valor para clientes e empresa.
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio e oportunidades de produto em requisitos claros e acionáveis, incluindo PRDs, user stories e critérios de aceite.

  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, equilibrando impacto no negócio, experiência do usuário e viabilidade técnica.
