We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Bureau Products team. This role is responsible for defining, developing, and commercializing innovative bureau products that leverage Experian's data, analytics, AI capabilities, APIs, and digital platforms.

The Product Manager will own the complete product lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and defining product strategy through development, launch, commercialization, adoption, and continuous enhancement.

Working closely with business, technology, data science, compliance, sales, marketing, and global product teams, you will deliver market-leading products that create value for clients while driving business growth for Experian.

This role reports to the Head – Bureau Products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own end to end product management
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Bureau Products, including Consumer Bureau, Commercial Bureau, Credit Scores, Bureau Data Products, APIs, Analytics Products, and AI-powered data solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities by understanding customer needs, competitive trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
  • Engage with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance companies, Telecom providers, and other ecosystem participants to understand evolving market needs.
  • Develop business cases and prioritize product investments based on customer value, strategic alignment, commercial viability, and revenue potential.
  • Drive continuous innovation by introducing new data products, digital capabilities, AI-enabled solutions, and platform enhancements.
  • Partner closely with Technology and Data Science teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing bureau products
  • Work with engineering teams to prioritize releases while balancing customer requirements, regulatory obligations, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives.
  • Drive commercialization strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue growth covering pricing, GTM and sales enablement
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained market adoption.
  • Establish product KPIs and monitor business performance through dashboards and analytics and use insights to continuously improve product portfolio
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • MBA from a reputed institute, preferably with an engineering, technology, finance, economics, or quantitative background.
  • 3–7 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience within Banking, NBFCs, FinTech, Credit Bureau, Lending Platforms, or Financial Services.
  • Experience managing customer-facing data or technology products.
  • Experience working with Consumer Bureau or Commercial Bureau products will be an advantage.
