The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager at Flexport, you'll set the strategic vision and shape products that transform global logistics at scale. You’ll collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to develop and iterate on solutions that power seamless, efficient movement of goods worldwide. Your leadership will guide the team to deliver products that empower businesses—large and small—to meet customer demands and succeed in global markets.

Omnichannel Fulfillment at Flexport

Omnichannel fulfillment sits at the heart of Flexport’s mission to make global commerce so easy that there would be more of it. By integrating logistics across e-commerce, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels, we enable merchants to deliver faster, more efficiently, and at lower cost. As Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the vision and execution for outbound fulfillment solutions, enabling fast and reliable deliveries for shoppers, driving innovation in an interconnected supply chain ecosystem for our merchants —and shaping the future of global trade. What You’ll Do

  • Lead Product Strategy: Define the holistic vision, goals, and roadmap for outbound fulfillment products supporting Flexport’s Omnichannel business lines.
  • Executive communication: Managing relationships and reporting with C-suite leadership across Flexport and our customers / stakeholders
  • Drive Strategy & Product Development: Own end-to-end strategy & product lifecycle, from ideation, writing requirements/BRDs, through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and data science teams to establish priorities, deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
  • Champion Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize feedback from users, partners, and market research to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Shape the Platform: Act as a key stakeholder in defining and evolving Flexport’s Omnichannel product vision and strategy.
  • Drive Results: Measure product performance and iterate on features to maximize impact and business value.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling high-impact products in e-commerce environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and delivery of complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Depth in product lifecycle management, from discovery through to execution and post-launch evolution.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other product managers or team members.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills—you can influence without authority and build trust across stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong prioritization skills—adept at framing trade-offs and navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong writing skills to communicate your product vision, roadmap, requirements, launches, and impact to a broad range of stakeholders, from the CEO to an operator.

Bonus Points

  • Experience building products for logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI or large language model (LLM) technologies to drive innovation or operational excellence.
  • A passion for simplifying and accelerating global trade.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
