Job description

Note: This posting is NOT for an active role. Please apply if you'd like to be considered for future roles on our engineering team.

What You Will Work On

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, and Design teams to scope and define product features that directly address customer needs and enhance product capabilities.

  • Own features from concept through launch, gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly to continuously improve the product experience.

  • Develop strong opinions about usability and user experience by actively using the product, identifying opportunities for improvement from a first-hand perspective.

  • Shape how users interact with AI-assisted app development, helping define the future of no-code and low-code tooling as a key advocate for the product’s vision.

  • Conduct customer interviews, analyze user behavior data, and perform market research to uncover and prioritize the most impactful user pain points.

  • Partner closely with cross functional teams to synthesize customer feedback, and shape messaging, and go-to-market strategies for feature launches.

Who You Are

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or closely related technical roles, with a proven track record of shipping technical products used by developers.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can wear multiple hats, whether that's pulling a SQL query, writing a spec, creating mockups in Figma, or improving documentation.

  • You are comfortable working with technical teams and have hands-on familiarity with code, even if you're not a full-time developer.

  • You leverage data tools to validate hypotheses, prioritize work, and inform product decisions with a strong analytical approach.

Perks & Benefits
We are a globally distributed company - 15 countries and counting! While our benefits offering varies from country to country, our goal is to provide competitive and comprehensive benefits to every member of our team, no matter where they live and work.

What applying to FlutterFlow usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through ashby for roles such as general application, product manager, or software engineer positions can typically expect an online application form followed by an automated confirmation. Screening commonly begins with a recruiter or hiring team review of submitted materials, and applicants may be asked to complete a short questionnaire or skills assessment depending on the role. The process may include multiple stages, such as initial phone or video screens, followed by additional conversations with team members or hiring managers, potentially including technical or role-specific exercises for engineering or product positions. Communication is often handled through the platform's messaging or email notifications, though response times vary. Candidates are encouraged to prepare for both behavioral and role-relevant technical discussions, as ashby-based processes generally emphasize structured, multi-step evaluations tailored to the specific position and team involved.
