Job descriptionReq 8012565003

Location Details: Pune, Hybrid

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote designation.

Join Our Team...

At GoDaddy, we are driven by our mission to make opportunity more inclusive. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Product Manager to join our Risk Services team in India. This role offers the flexibility of remote work alongside in-person collaboration.

As a Senior PM on the Risk Services team, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to build trust across GoDaddy’s brands, products, and services. We aim to protect our customers, partners, and vendors from bad actors and help prevent, detect, and recover from financial, reputational, and customer data loss. Working with us means you'll be part of a world-class team, passionately dedicated to delivering flawless solutions to manage and mitigate risk.

What you'll get to do...

In this role, you will work across the entire GoDaddy organization to address account risks. You will evolve our risk management capabilities to power solutions that balance risk and business performance.

  • Leading product strategy for account risk management by crafting adaptable capabilities that can be applied across all risk areas.
  • Defining requirements and the roadmap for platform and internal tools supports low reaction time, coverage, and precision. This helps meet the needs of an ever-changing risk landscape.
  • Working closely with business, engineering, operational, and design collaborators across GoDaddy brands and units to measure risk gaps. We find opportunities to improve performance and build scalable solutions.
  • Supporting measures to bolster our account risk management framework while encouraging business progress and elevated customer experience.
  • Leading discussions with senior leaders on business performance and opportunities within the risk management space.

Your experience should include...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/other technical/engineering field or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent capability for an eCommerce web services product.
  • Experience applying strong business insight and technical vision for a product area and using both technical and operational capabilities to build solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing medium to large complex projects in an eCommerce setting.
  • Proficiency with web services, generative and agentic AI, and API development, with a curiosity to always learn more in this ever-changing technical landscape.

You might also have...

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Direct experience in risk management or payments within a large-scale eCommerce setting.
  • Experience bringing to bear rules engine and machine learning techniques for anomaly detection.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.

We've got your back...  We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.

What applying to GoDaddy usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse for roles at GoDaddy can typically expect an online application requiring a resume and basic candidate information, sometimes accompanied by optional screening questions. The process commonly begins with an initial recruiter screen, followed by additional stages that may include multiple conversations with hiring managers or team members, and for technical or specialized roles, a skills assessment or case-style exercise is often part of the evaluation. Communication is generally handled through automated status updates within the platform, though response times vary depending on the role and volume of applicants. Candidates may be asked to provide references or complete background checks later in the process. Overall, the experience tends to reflect standard practices associated with greenhouse-based hiring systems rather than specific commitments from any single employer.
