Analytics Engineer

Higglo Digital is an integrated growth agency built for ABA and behavioral health operators, wiring SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR into a single engine that compounds search and AI visibility into qualified pipeline. We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data infrastructure that lets us prove out this model — connecting search, conversion, and intake data into reliable, trustworthy metrics for our clients and our own reporting.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that bring together analytics, SEO/GEO, CRO, and intake data from multiple sources into a unified model
• Develop and maintain data models (e.g., dbt or similar) that power dashboards and client-facing reporting
• Partner with SEO, CRO, and web development teams to instrument tracking, events, and conversion data accurately across client sites
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across pipelines, flagging anomalies before they reach reporting
• Build reusable, scalable reporting infrastructure that supports metrics like organic impressions, keyword growth, conversions, and AI citation tracking
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from account and leadership teams with clean, well-modeled data

What we're looking for

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data models in a production environment
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a modern data transformation tool such as dbt
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Experience working with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, GA360, or similar) and marketing/attribution data
• Comfort working with ambiguous, multi-source data and turning it into clear, trustworthy metrics
• Strong communication skills to translate technical data work for non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with HIPAA-conscious data handling or in a healthcare-adjacent industry
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, or conversion rate optimization concepts and metrics
• Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
