Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral-health marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR as one integrated growth engine, accountable to qualified inquiries rather than rankings or activity reports. We're hiring an Experimentation Analyst to help drive the conversion rate optimization work that turns qualified visits into booked consultations across client service pages, intake forms, and decision moments.
What you'll do
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, service pages, and intake forms
- Partner with UX and web development to prioritize a testing roadmap based on funnel data and stated business goals
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that track experiment results, statistical significance, and downstream impact on conversion and intake yield
- Translate test results into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor experiment health, flag issues like sample ratio mismatch or tracking gaps, and troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Document learnings from each experiment to build an institutional testing knowledge base across client accounts
What we're looking for
- Experience running A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis and design through analysis and reporting
- Solid grasp of experimentation statistics, including significance testing, sample size calculation, and common pitfalls
- Proficiency with at least one experimentation or analytics platform (such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize successor tools, or similar)
- Strong SQL or data analysis skills, and comfort working in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI platforms
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments across different client accounts
Nice to have
- Experience with conversion rate optimization in a healthcare, behavioral health, or other high-trust, high-stakes buying category
- Familiarity with form and intake UX design principles
- Experience working in an agency setting managing experimentation across multiple client accounts simultaneously
