LandEarly is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to help shape how job seekers experience an application that finds, tailors, and tracks job applications on their behalf. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to design flows that make a complex, multi-step process feel simple and trustworthy across web and mobile.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end user flows for core product experiences, from onboarding through daily use
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile surfaces
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with high craft
- Conduct or synthesize user research to validate design decisions and uncover pain points
- Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across the product
- Present design rationale and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
What we're looking for
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft and clear UX thinking across shipped products
- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and prototyping methods
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous or evolving requirements
- Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to non-designers
- A collaborative approach to working with product managers and engineers
Nice to have
- Experience designing for consumer subscription products
- Familiarity with designing dashboards, tracking systems, or data-dense interfaces
- Experience with motion or micro-interaction design
