Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that automatically reads a sales team's email, calendar and calls, files conversations against the right accounts and deals, and keeps the pipeline record current without manual data entry. We're hiring a Finance Manager to build out the company's financial operations and provide the reporting and planning rigor needed as the business scales.
What you'll do
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, including management reporting to leadership
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and headcount planning
- Partner with department leads to track spend against budget and flag variances early
- Manage cash flow monitoring, runway tracking and vendor/invoice processes
- Prepare board- and investor-ready financial reports and supporting analysis
- Establish and improve financial controls, policies and processes as the company grows
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally including time at a startup or fast-growing company
- Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting in Excel or Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of GAAP and experience managing month-end close
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial detail for non-finance audiences
- Comfort operating with limited process and building systems from scratch
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, net revenue retention, CAC, burn multiple)
- Prior experience supporting fundraising or investor reporting
