Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that keeps itself up to date by reading a team's email, calendar and calls, and filing each conversation against the right account, contact and deal. Every record a customer builds is theirs to extend, through an API, an MCP server, and CSV or Excel export. We're looking for a Developer Advocate to grow and support the community of developers building on our API and MCP server, making it easy for them to connect, extend, and automate on top of Migaru.
What you'll do
- Write and maintain developer documentation, quickstarts, and sample code for our API and MCP server
- Build reference integrations, demo apps, and code samples that show developers how to get the most out of the platform
- Act as the voice of developers internally, feeding product and engineering teams clear, prioritized feedback from the community
- Engage with developers on forums, GitHub, and other channels to answer questions and unblock integration work
- Create and deliver technical content: blog posts, tutorials, conference talks, and workshops on the API and MCP ecosystem
- Partner with product and engineering to shape the roadmap for API and MCP capabilities based on real developer pain points
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience building with REST APIs, SDKs, or developer tools, either as a developer or in a developer-facing role
- Comfort writing production-quality sample code and debugging integration issues alongside external developers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing technical documentation or content
- Familiarity with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard or similar agent/tool-calling protocols
- Experience working directly with a developer community, whether through support, advocacy, or open source
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering to turn developer feedback into roadmap input
Nice to have
- Experience advocating for an API in the CRM, sales, or productivity tooling space
- A track record of public speaking, writing, or open-source contributions in the developer tools space
- Experience building AI agent integrations or working with LLM tool-calling frameworks
