Technical Writer

Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that reads a sales team's email, calendar and calls, and keeps account, contact and deal records current automatically. We're hiring a Technical Writer to help customers and internal teams understand a product that touches sales workflows, data capture, and AI-driven automation. You'll turn complex product behavior into clear, accurate documentation that builds trust in a system that works largely on its own.

What you'll do

• Write and maintain user-facing documentation, including setup guides, feature explanations, and FAQs for the CRM, outreach, docs/wiki, forecasting, and prospecting modules
• Document how Migaru's agent behaviors work, including what it does automatically versus what requires user approval
• Partner with product and engineering to document new features ahead of release, including integrations with email, calendar, Slack, and call recording tools
• Create and update onboarding materials that help new customers connect their tools and understand the review-queue workflow
• Maintain a consistent voice and structure across help center articles, in-app copy, and API/MCP documentation
• Audit existing documentation for accuracy as the product evolves, and retire or revise outdated content

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, ideally for a B2B SaaS or developer-facing product
• Proven ability to explain complex, technical, or AI-driven features in plain, concrete language
• Experience working directly with engineers and product managers to document features from spec through release
• Comfort writing both end-user documentation and more technical material, such as API or integration docs
• Strong editing skills and an eye for consistency in tone, terminology, and structure
• Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple documentation needs, and meet release timelines

Nice to have

• Experience documenting CRM, sales, or productivity software
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and formats
• Experience writing about AI or automation features for a non-technical audience
