Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that keeps the customer record current by reading a team's email, calendar and calls, filing conversations where they belong, and flagging judgement calls like stage or close-date changes for a rep to approve. We're hiring a CRM Migration Specialist to help new and existing customers move their data cleanly out of legacy CRMs and sales tools and into Migaru, so the record is accurate and complete from day one.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute migrations of accounts, contacts, deals and activity history from source CRMs (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar tools) into Migaru
- Map and transform data fields between source systems and Migaru's data model, resolving mismatches and inconsistencies
- Identify and merge duplicate records, clean up malformed or incomplete data, and validate data integrity after each migration
- Work directly with customers to scope migration requirements, set timelines, and communicate status and risks
- Build and refine repeatable migration playbooks, scripts, and tools to make future migrations faster and more reliable
- Troubleshoot migration issues in partnership with engineering and customer success, and document fixes for the team
What we're looking for
- Experience migrating or integrating data between CRM systems, or hands-on experience administering a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
- Comfort working with structured data: CSV/Excel exports, APIs, and data mapping between differing schemas
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to validating data before and after a migration
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working directly with customers on technical topics
- Ability to manage multiple migration projects at once and keep stakeholders informed on progress
Nice to have
- Scripting ability (e.g. Python, SQL) for building migration or data-cleaning tools
- Experience with CRM APIs or middleware/integration platforms
- Background in a customer-facing or implementation/solutions role at a SaaS company
