Mobile Engineer

Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that keeps itself current by reading a sales team's email, calendar and calls, filing conversations against the right accounts and deals, and surfacing follow-ups, forecasts and prospecting from that same record. We're looking for a Mobile Engineer to help build and grow the React Native app that brings this experience to iOS and Android.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship features in our React Native app across iOS and Android
• Work closely with product and backend engineers to turn CRM data, review queues, and agent-driven workflows into fast, reliable mobile experiences
• Own performance, stability, and quality for the mobile app, including crash rates, load times, and offline behavior
• Integrate with native modules and third-party SDKs (calendar, email, push notifications, call recording) as needed
• Write tests, participate in code review, and help establish mobile engineering practices as the team grows
• Collaborate with design to implement polished, consistent UI across platforms

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience building production mobile apps with React Native
• Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile UI patterns, and state management in a React Native codebase
• Experience shipping and maintaining apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play, including release and update processes
• Comfort working with native iOS/Android code or native modules when React Native isn't enough
• Experience integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs and handling real-time or near-real-time data
• Solid instincts for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency

Nice to have

• Experience building apps that integrate with email, calendar, or calling platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile release automation
• Experience at an early-stage startup where you've worn multiple hats
