Platform Engineer

Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that reads a sales team's email, calendar and calls, files every conversation where it belongs, and keeps the record current automatically. We're looking for a Platform Engineer to help build and scale the infrastructure that powers this product as it ingests and processes large volumes of conversational and relationship data in real time.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate the core platform infrastructure that supports data ingestion, processing, and storage across the product
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, and internal developer platforms used by product engineering teams
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability across services, including on-call support and incident response
• Own infrastructure-as-code practices and help define standards for provisioning, security, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with product engineers to remove friction from the development and deployment lifecycle
• Evaluate and integrate cloud services and third-party tools that support the platform's growth

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security fundamentals
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with data pipelines or systems handling high volumes of streaming or event-based data
• Familiarity with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
• Experience supporting AI or ML workloads in production
