Full Stack Engineer

Outlink AI builds automated outreach software for link building — the product discovers relevant, high-authority sites, writes personalized pitches, sends them from the customer's own inbox, follows up, handles replies, and verifies live placements, all inside guardrails the customer sets. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the product across the full stack, from prospect discovery and personalization logic to the customer-facing digest and dashboard.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship features across the frontend and backend of the Outlink AI product
• Work on systems that integrate with third-party services such as Gmail, Outlook, and other OAuth-connected platforms
• Build and maintain APIs and data pipelines that power prospect discovery, qualification, personalization, and reply handling
• Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of automated outreach workflows running continuously in production
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into shipped features
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code review

What we're looking for

• Professional experience building full stack web applications, with solid skills in both frontend and backend development
• Experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
• Comfort working with relational databases and writing efficient queries
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and OAuth-based authentication flows
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to reason about system reliability and performance
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and move quickly in a small team

Nice to have

• Experience with email deliverability, sending infrastructure, or inbox integrations
• Experience building products involving AI/LLM-powered features
• Experience at an early-stage startup or in a small, fast-moving engineering team
