Software Engineer

Outlink AI is an early-stage startup building an autonomous link-building platform that discovers relevant prospects, personalizes outreach, sends it from a customer's own inbox, handles replies, and verifies live placements. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale the engine that runs this end-to-end loop.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship features across the product's core autopilot loop - discovery, qualification, personalization, sending, follow-up, and verification
• Own technical decisions for services you build, from design through deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with the founder and early team to translate product direction into reliable, well-tested code
• Improve system reliability, performance, and data quality as usage scales
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services (such as email providers and verification tools) in a secure, maintainable way
• Participate in code review, technical planning, and help set engineering practices for a growing team

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack or backend-heavy work
• Track record of shipping and owning production systems end to end
• Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and building reliable, maintainable services
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with evolving requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working closely with a small team
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical tradeoffs with limited oversight

Nice to have

• Experience building products involving outbound communication, email deliverability, or workflow automation
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-based features into production applications
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or as a founding/early engineer
