Visual Designer / Japan
We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our growing team in Japan.

On any given day you might:
- Create designs such as user interfaces, design systems, layouts, brand identity, iconography, and presentation narratives.
- Craft Japanese and English typography.
- Integrate AI and emerging tools into the design process to enhance creativity and execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external design teams.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Contribute and maintain design systems.
- Deliver clear, inspirational and effective communications to teams/client.
- Demonstrate passion for clients and their business.

- Are currently living in Japan and able to communicate in Japanese and English.
You bring
- 2+ years experience of interface and brand design.
- Proficiency in design software including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace and emerging AI tools.
- Outstanding presentation and written communication in both Japanese and English.
- Passion for innovation and craft as well as experimentation with technology.
- Motion skills are a plus.
