Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Inbound Sales Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning handling inbound enquiries and turning them into booked sales.

Role overview

You will be the first voice prospects hear when they call or message a UK business. You will answer enquiries, understand what the customer needs, and guide them to a confident buying decision.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, chats and emails from prospects
  • Qualify needs and recommend the right product or service
  • Quote, close sales and process orders accurately
  • Log every conversation and follow-up in the CRM
  • Hit weekly conversion and response-time targets

What you'll need

  • Experience in inbound sales, telesales or customer service
  • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho
  • Clear, friendly spoken and written English
  • Comfort working to targets
  • A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to UK customers
  • Familiarity with a VoIP dialler such as Aircall
  • Experience handling live chat

This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
