Job description

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.

About the role:

As a Legal Operations Manager at Replit, you will be the central point of contact for legal requests across the company and the operational backbone of our contract lifecycle. You will triage and manage incoming legal requests, own contract management end to end, and support broader corporate compliance and data privacy work. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will keep legal operations running smoothly and reduce risk across the business.

Think of yourself as the air traffic controller of our legal universe — making sure every contract, request, and approval lands safely, on time, and in the right hands. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will not just keep Legal running smoothly — it will make the whole company move faster.

If you love building systems, closing loops, and being the person everyone turns to when they need to get something done right, this role was made for you.

What applying to Replit usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through ashby for roles at Replit can typically expect an online application involving a resume submission and possibly some initial screening questions. The process may include multiple stages, such as a recruiter conversation, hiring manager discussion, and role-specific technical or skills assessments, depending on the position. For engineering or technical roles, candidates may encounter take-home assignments or live problem-solving exercises, while non-technical roles may involve case studies or portfolio reviews. Communication is often handled through the ashby platform, which may send automated status updates. Response times vary and can depend on team bandwidth and role seniority. Candidates should generally prepare to discuss relevant experience clearly, as ashby-based processes commonly emphasize structured, criteria-based evaluations rather than purely conversational interviews.
