Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

Robinhood set out to open the financial system to the many, not the few. We've done it for tens of millions of people in the US—now we're taking it global. This is one of the most ambitious initiatives for the company, and you'd be sitting at the center of it.

We're building an elite team that applies frontier technology to the world's biggest financial problems. We want bold thinkers, sharp problem-solvers, and builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency—it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. Expectations are high. So are the rewards.

As a Senior Product Manager on the international team, you'll manage large-scale projects, own international trading experiences, and work with experts in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and research to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize the financial system.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you'll do

The International PM team's goal is simple to say and hard to do: democratize finance globally. That means scaling our products to work across many regions and building market-specific experiences that serve customers where they are.

As a Senior PM on this team, you'll own end-to-end product experiences in new geographies and help set the playbook for every market that follows. Additionally, you will:

  • Ship groundbreaking products into new regions, working shoulder-to-shoulder with global teams.
  • Bring together product development teams to craft and communicate a product vision and shared set of priorities that meet the most important needs of our customers.
  • Drive the roadmap—extending what exists and defining what's next, including entirely new products for local markets.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships across design, engineering, and operations at the team and organizational levels.
  • Partner with communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing so the vision, the products, and the progress are understood everywhere they need to be.
  • Ensure parity of product lines across global markets.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products and growth efforts
  • Ideally, past experience working on a global, consumer-facing product
  • Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Experience working with and coordinating across globally dispersed teams
  • Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing in previous roles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for financial products that improve people's financial lives
  • Motivation to be a self-starter
  • Open to travel
  • Willingness to work in Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership
  • Top-tier benefits to fuel your work, including supplemental health insurance, ancillary insurance, and mental health support programs
  • Lifestyle wallet—a highly flexible, employer-paid spending account for expenses beyond traditional benefits, such as wellness, childcare, learning, and more
  • Time off to recharge, including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, paid volunteer time off, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces
  • Monthly commuter stipend to help offset in-office commuting costs

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. What applying to Robinhood usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse for roles at Robinhood can generally expect a structured process that starts with an online application and resume screen, followed by recruiter outreach if there is interest. The process may include multiple stages such as a recruiter phone screen, one or more technical or role-specific assessments, and interviews with hiring managers or team members, potentially followed by a final round involving several interviewers. Greenhouse-based processes typically allow candidates to track application status through an online portal and may include take-home exercises or live problem-solving depending on the role. Response times vary and communication frequency can differ by team.
