We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you’ll build

In this role, you will contribute directly to IDM's (Intelligent Data Management) success - supporting a broad range of topics from strategic projects to day-to-day data services execution. Here is what that looks like in practice:

  • Work on cross topics gaining exposure to different areas of IDM's work and building a broad understanding of how the organization operates end-to-end
  • Conduct process discovery sessions with service owners to map current data quality workflows and identify pain points
  • Design and deliver AI-powered data quality automation that transforms how the team handles recurring DQ challenges.
  • Review account reconciliation and mass update templates to surface and eliminate recurring errors
  • Analyse SSF ticket patterns to uncover root causes and prevent reoccurrence
  • Actively use internal SAP AI tools as part of your day-to-day work — onboarding will be provided, but you will be expected to embrace these tools, explore their potential, and apply them meaningfully across your responsibilities
  • Deliver against clear milestones, supported by structured mentoring and feedback as your scope grows over time

What you bring

  • At least a bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience - business, data, technology, operations or similar are all welcome
  • Clear thinking and strong communication skills in English
  • Ownership mindset - you follow through on what you commit to without needing constant direction
  • Fast learner - you adapt quickly, ask the right questions, and improve with feedback
  • Collaborative by default - you contribute to team goals
  • Genuine curiosity about AI -no need to be a technical expert, but you need to be willing to learn, experiment, and actively integrate AI tools into your work
  • Experience in data governance, project coordination, providing data services - but not a requirement

Where you belong

IDM is a cross-functional team that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. You will be mentored by experienced colleagues, collaborate across teams, and grow into a broader role over time. If you take initiative and care about the quality of your work, you will thrive here.

What applying to SAP usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through successfactors typically begin by submitting an online profile and resume through SAP's careers portal, which commonly integrates with successfactors for application tracking and status updates. Applicants may receive automated confirmation emails and periodic status changes visible within the candidate portal. The process can generally include an initial recruiter screening, followed by hiring manager conversations and may include multiple stages such as technical or role-specific assessments depending on the position. Some roles may involve panel discussions or skills evaluations. Communication is often handled through the platform itself, though candidates may also be contacted by phone or email. Response times vary, and candidates are encouraged to monitor their application dashboard and email regularly. Preparing role-relevant examples and reviewing the job description closely is generally advisable.”
