Job description
At Snappr, we make it effortless for businesses to access high-quality visual content at scale. As the world’s leading marketplace for photography, video, and editing, we connect top creators with brands that need to tell their stories through powerful visuals. By combining cutting-edge technology with a discerning eye for creativity, we help businesses grow through content that stands out.

Our culture is built on extreme ownership and peak performance. We are customer-obsessed, data-informed problem solvers who thrive on radical candor, embrace challenges by loving the dirt, and refuse mediocrity. We believe in accountability, humor, and diversity — and we’re united by a mission to help businesses tell better visual stories.

About the team:

Snappr is the world’s largest on-demand marketplace for visual content. Our teams are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and impact-driven — solving complex customer challenges at a global scale. Every project you take on will contribute to how businesses tell their stories visually, helping us set the standard for visual content worldwide.

About the role:

We are looking for an SEM manager to help manage, optimize, and grow our existing SEM accounts. We are looking for someone who knows Google Ads like the back of their hand. You will be managing ads that will target both self-service type customers - families, individuals, and small businesses - as well as ads targeting large enterprise companies looking for image and photography services.

This is not a team manager position, and you will not be managing junior team members.

What you'll do:

  • Run the day-to-day activities of managing our Google Ads accounts – including reporting, testing, optimization, and growing the accounts.
  • Research, learn, and test new betas and technologies that Google is releasing for Google Ads.
  • Develop growth strategies and increase conversions, sales, and revenue generated from PPC ads.
  • Coordinate with our graphic designers and social media team to create fresh new displays and YouTube ads for both self-service and enterprise-focused ads.
  • Improve ad copy and landing page performance over time, which includes creating and testing new copy as well as optimizing landing page conversion rates.
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of SEM management experience
  • 2+ years at an agency is a plus
  • Deep understanding of search campaigns. You are perfectly comfortable building accounts from scratch as well as optimizing existing accounts.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking. You know the pros and cons of pixel tracking vs session tracking and can create attribution models.
  • Deep understanding of website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
  • You can create reports on how the SEM accounts are performing and be able to create segmentation for reporting. These are examples of some of the reporting segmentations you will need to provide:
  • A. Brand search, non-brand search, display remarketing, display prospecting, YouTube remarketing, YouTube prospecting.
  • B. Enterprise vs self-service, business vs non-business.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

Job benefits

  • Competetive salary
  • Transportation allowance provided
  • Health Insurance (Day 1 HMO w/ dependents)
  • Free daily meals
