What applying to Squarespace usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse for roles at Squarespace can generally expect an online application followed by an initial recruiter screen, if selected. The process may include multiple stages such as a hiring manager conversation, one or more technical or role-specific assessments, and panel-style interviews with prospective teammates or cross-functional stakeholders. For technical roles like engineering positions, candidates might encounter coding exercises or system design discussions, while non-technical roles may involve case studies or presentations relevant to the position. Communication is typically managed through the Greenhouse platform, including scheduling and status updates, though response times vary and are not guaranteed at any particular stage.
