As Senior Product Manager, you will lead one of our trading product teams and help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to customers around the world. You will join the wider Product Management department, working with the best talent to design and deliver industry-leading products that drive customer and business value in our Sports product. Specifically, you will progress our Football offer and proposition, working closely with our Quants, Engineering and Trading teams to leverage our internal Football model and differentiate Super from our competitors.

  • Create best-in-class product features and journeys that take the player experience to the next level, working with engineers and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems.
  • Coordinate product launch plans with Go To Market, marketing, commercial, operations and support teams, whilst remaining aware of regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements and the legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry and how these impact product features and requirements.

Influencing People

  • Engage with your stakeholders to understand their expectations and incorporate their feedback where appropriate.
  • Set the right expectations with stakeholders and effectively communicate status and progress on outcomes and deliverables.

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Build and maintain a roadmap for your area that delivers short-term and long-term objectives aligned to the overall company and product strategy, driving it from ideation and product discovery through to in-life product.
