Partnerships Manager

Wanderlust App is a trip-planning platform that helps travelers plan trips with grounded AI, live them on the ground with an offline Trip Mode, and share them through a public /explore feed where anyone can discover and clone a trip. As part of our growth into content and creator-driven discovery, we're hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage relationships with travel creators who publish guides and trips on Wanderlust.

What you'll do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard travel creators, influencers, and guide authors to publish content on Wanderlust
• Manage day-to-day relationships with creator partners, acting as their main point of contact
• Negotiate and structure partnership terms, including content deliverables and publishing agreements
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to surface creator content in /explore and the guide library
• Track partner performance metrics (published guides, trip clones, engagement) and report on program growth
• Develop outreach strategies and pipelines to grow the network of creators publishing on the platform

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with experience negotiating agreements
• Comfort working with data to track and report on partnership performance
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and content teams
• Self-starter who can build a partnerships program and pipeline from the ground up
• Genuine interest in travel content and the creator economy

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with travel creators, bloggers, or influencers
• Experience with a Publisher or creator-monetization product offering
• Background in a travel, content, or marketplace platform
