Job description

About ARQ

ARQ is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. Our mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders, building the infrastructure to move value seamlessly. We’re still early in our journey, which means every person who joins shapes the future of our product, culture, and growth. If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.

What we're looking for

We’re hiring product managers to lead some of our most important products - from payments to credit to growth - and we’re always on the lookout for exceptional builders. If you’re excited about what we’re doing, apply here and we’ll match you to the right opportunity.

The role

We are looking for Product Managers who thrive at the intersection of user obsession, data, and fast execution. You'll own meaningful product areas end-to-end: from discovery to delivery, working directly with founders, engineers, designers, to build financial products that millions of people depend on.

We want someone who thinks like a founder: deeply curious about the why, ruthless about prioritization, and energized by the messy, fast-moving reality of building at scale. You'll be given real ownership from day one and expected to set the bar for product quality at ARQ.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area, from a rough idea to a feature.

  • Drive product execution with speed alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and operators - and do whatever it takes to launch.

  • Deeply understand our users, their behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs through data, customer interviews, and market insights.

  • Define and track success metrics, using data to guide prioritization and validate every decision.

  • Lead partnerships with external providers - banks, processors, data vendors - when relevant to your domain.

  • Contribute meaningfully to the development of ARQ’s product management processes as we scale AI across our team.

What you'll need

  • Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership, with a track record of shipping impactful products that millions of customers love.

  • Strong data instincts. You define metrics before you build and use them to drive decisions after.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You translate complexity into clarity for engineers and executives.

  • A bias to action and comfort with ambiguity. You might not always have all the answers but can iterate quickly.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities without losing momentum.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or a highly regulated consumer product environment.

  • Experience building or scaling financial products in Latin America (nice to have)

  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills (nice to have)

  • Experience at a high-growth startup from early to scale stage.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Stock options, so you own part of what you build

  • Discretionary performance bonus

  • The latest tools and technology

  • A world-class team that will challenge and grow your skills

  • The opportunity to help build the best fintech app in Latin America

  • Office Policy: 3-4 days a week in-office
