We’re looking for an enthu HR Intern to join the People team at Bolna.ai.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing startup - from supporting employees to helping run day-to-day HR and office operations.
What you’ll do
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data stays accurate and organised.
Support employee queries and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Facilitate office operations, events, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks effectively.
Coordinate with employees and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR and office requirements.
Support the People team with day-to-day operational requirements as the organisation scales.
Who we’re looking for
0–1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related internship.
Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in HR.
