Casework produces AI Act conformity files, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments, and Article 9 risk documentation for AI hiring tools, working against regimes including the EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, and NYC LL 144. We're hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead client engagements from intake through handoff, ensuring each conformity pack is delivered accurately, on time, and to a standard that holds up under regulator review.
What you'll do
- Own the delivery of client engagements through the full production cycle: intake, discovery, drafting, review, and handoff
- Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders to map their AI hiring tools, workflows, and affected populations
- Coordinate with vendors and internal client teams to gather documentation needed for conformity files, risk registers, and impact assessments
- Draft and quality-check sections of the conformity file, FRIA, risk management documentation, and post-market monitoring plans
- Lead the internal walkthrough of deliverables with clients and manage the 30-day revision window
- Identify and flag scope risks, vendor cooperation gaps, or regulatory ambiguities early in the engagement
What we're looking for
- Experience in implementation, consulting, or professional services, ideally in a project-based or fixed-scope delivery model
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent engagements against fixed deadlines
- Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, including HR, compliance, and legal contacts
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation
- Ability to synthesize technical and regulatory material quickly and translate it into client-ready deliverables
- Familiarity with compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory documentation work
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to AI governance, HR technology, or employment law concepts
- Experience working with or evaluating HR/recruiting software vendors
- Background in a productized or consultancy-style service delivery environment
