Casework produces AI Act conformity files, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments, and Article 9 risk documentation for AI hiring tools, helping employers meet requirements under the EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, and NYC LL 144. We're looking for an SEO Content Writer to help grow our presence as a trusted source on AI hiring compliance, building organic search visibility for our methodology, regulation explainers, and case studies.
What you'll do
- Research and write SEO-optimized articles, explainers, and landing pages on topics related to AI hiring compliance and regulatory documentation
- Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities aligned with how prospective clients search for compliance guidance
- Optimize existing pages (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) to improve search rankings
- Collaborate with subject-matter contributors to translate technical regulatory concepts into clear, accurate content
- Track content performance using SEO and analytics tools, and iterate based on results
- Maintain a consistent editorial voice and ensure all published content is factually grounded and properly cited
What we're looking for
- Proven experience writing SEO-driven content, ideally for a B2B, legal, compliance, or professional-services audience
- Strong research skills and comfort writing about technical or regulatory subject matter
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple content pieces, and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI governance, employment law, or regulatory/compliance content
- Experience writing case studies or long-form explainer content
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
