Casework produces AI Act conformity files, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments, and Article 9 risk documentation for companies deploying AI hiring tools, helping them meet obligations under the EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, and NYC LL 144. Casework also operates hireaiscore.com, an independent directory of AI hiring vendors. We're looking for an SEO Specialist to grow organic visibility for both properties as demand for AI-governance and compliance content accelerates.
What you'll do
- Own and execute SEO strategy across getcasework.com and hireaiscore.com, including keyword research, content gap analysis, and technical audits
- Partner with content and editorial teams to optimize existing pages (regulation explainers, methodology pages, case studies) and guide new content briefs
- Monitor and improve technical SEO health: site speed, crawlability, structured data, internal linking, and indexation
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics, reporting on progress and recommending priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis within the AI-governance and HR-tech compliance space to identify content and keyword opportunities
- Build and execute link-building and digital PR strategies to strengthen domain authority
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or professional services
- Demonstrated experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO fundamentals
- Experience writing or briefing SEO-optimized content for a specialist or technical audience
- Comfortable working independently and communicating results to non-SEO stakeholders
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO for regulatory, compliance, legal, or HR-tech content
- Familiarity with AI or emerging-tech industry topics
- Experience managing SEO for more than one site or brand simultaneously
