Casework produces AI Act conformity files, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments, and Article 9 risk documentation for AI hiring tools, helping mid-market companies meet EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, and NYC LL 144 requirements. We're a small, specialist, productized firm — one methodology, one pack, no scope creep — and we're looking for a Social Media Manager to build our presence as a trusted voice in the AI governance and hiring-compliance space.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute a content calendar across social channels (primarily LinkedIn and X/Twitter) that reflects Casework's positioning as a specialist, editorially credible firm
- Translate our methodology, case studies, FAQ content, and founder commentary into engaging, platform-native posts
- Draft, schedule, and publish posts, and monitor engagement, replies, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
- Collaborate with the founder and delivery team to source timely commentary on regulatory deadlines (EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, NYC LL 144) and turn them into social content
- Track and report on social performance metrics, iterating on formats and cadence based on what drives engagement and leads
- Support promotion of case studies, methodology explainers, and other long-form content across channels
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a B2B company, ideally in a professional services, legal, compliance, or tech context
- Strong writing skills with the ability to make dense, technical subject matter (regulatory, legal, or compliance topics) clear and engaging
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and X/Twitter best practices, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
- Comfort working independently in a small team, with minimal oversight and fast turnaround expectations
- Ability to maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across channels
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple content threads at once
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI governance, HR tech, or regulatory/compliance topics
- Experience with LinkedIn thought-leadership programs for founders or executives
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills for social-native content
