Casework produces AI Act conformity files, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments, and Article 9 risk documentation for companies deploying AI hiring tools, working against a fixed four-week production cycle. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to sit at the intersection of our customers, our methodology, and our delivery process — helping prospective and active clients understand what documentation their AI hiring stack requires, scoping engagements accurately, and supporting the technical discovery that feeds each conformity file.
What you'll do
- Run technical discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their AI hiring tools, workflows, and regulatory exposure
- Translate a client's tool stack and use case into an accurate engagement scope and production plan
- Partner with the drafting team during discovery to make sure technical details about vendor tools and workflows are captured correctly
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients during intake, discovery, and review, answering questions about how their tools map to our documentation framework
- Help evaluate whether a prospective client's tooling falls inside or outside our current methodology, and clearly communicate scope boundaries
- Contribute to internal documentation and playbooks that make discovery and scoping repeatable across engagements
What we're looking for
- Experience in a solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, implementation, or technical account management role
- Comfort running discovery conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating findings into clear scope
- Strong written communication skills; able to document technical findings clearly for both internal teams and client-facing artifacts
- Ability to quickly learn a new technical domain (AI hiring tools, model documentation, vendor architectures) and explain it plainly to others
- Comfortable working in a fast-cycle, deadline-driven environment with fixed-scope engagements
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several concurrent client engagements
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as model cards, risk assessments, or algorithmic auditing
- Prior exposure to HR tech, talent acquisition tools, or hiring-adjacent software
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-adjacent industry
