Overview
The Senior Market Intelligence Analyst transforms market signals into actionable business insight as part of the Market & Competitive Intelligence team, supporting strategic decision-making across Marketing, Product Marketing, GTM, Corporate Strategy, Product, and Executive Leadership. This role combines market research, competitive intelligence, customer and buyer analysis, industry monitoring, and intelligence operations.
Responsibilities
- 20% Market and industry intelligence. Monitor healthcare market trends, regulatory developments, technology shifts, and competitive dynamics; develop market landscape assessments and industry trend analyses.
- 25% Competitive intelligence. Track competitor strategies, messaging, product developments, partnerships, and market activity; develop and maintain competitive profiles, battlecards, and executive intelligence briefs.
- 20% Voice of market and customer insights. Analyze win/loss data, customer feedback, analyst interactions, and market research; translate signals into actionable recommendations for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- 15% Enterprise intelligence programs. Manage recurring intelligence deliverables and reporting programs; support intelligence repositories, knowledge management, and cross-functional intelligence initiatives.
- 10% Executive and strategic support. Prepare executive-ready intelligence summaries and presentations; support strategic initiatives requiring market, competitor, customer, or industry analysis.
- 5% Research and reporting. Complete recurring reporting and project-tracking tasks for the intelligence function.
- 5% AI governance and enablement. Ensures AI-assisted research and intelligence outputs comply with brand and ethical guidelines; identifies opportunities to drive efficiency through automation in research workflows; shares AI best practices with less experienced colleagues.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, market research, strategy, consulting, or healthcare analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Healthcare, healthcare technology, payer operations, payment integrity, risk adjustment, interoperability, or population health experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel for in-person conferences and internal meetings, approximately 10%.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access, connectivity, and office setup and maintenance.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
