Webflow Developer

DoubleTap Consulting builds custom websites, product platforms and internal software for streaming, SaaS and commerce teams — working as a senior-only team with direct access between clients and the people doing the build. We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to lead the build-out of high-quality marketing sites and CMS-driven platforms for our clients.

What you'll do

• Build and ship responsive, production-grade websites in Webflow from approved designs and prototypes
• Architect scalable CMS structures that let non-technical marketing teams manage content without engineering support
• Translate complex design systems into clean, maintainable Webflow builds, including custom interactions and animations
• Partner directly with designers and clients to scope, sequence and deliver site builds against fixed timelines
• Diagnose and resolve performance, accessibility and cross-browser issues across live Webflow sites
• Integrate third-party tools and services (forms, analytics, marketing automation platforms) into Webflow builds

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional web development experience, with deep, hands-on expertise in Webflow
• Strong command of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, including custom code embeds within Webflow
• Proven experience architecting CMS collections and content models for marketing or editorial sites
• Track record of shipping polished, high-traffic marketing sites end-to-end, from build to launch
• Comfortable working directly with clients and owning a build with minimal oversight
• Strong eye for design fidelity — able to match complex agency designs pixel-for-pixel

Nice to have

• Experience migrating large sites into Webflow while preserving URL structure and SEO equity
• Familiarity with integrating CMS-driven sites into marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
• Exposure to Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks for hybrid build environments
