Frontend Engineer

Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral health marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR as one integrated growth engine rather than separate retainers, helping autism and behavioral health operators turn search and AI visibility into qualified pipeline. We're hiring a Frontend Engineer to help build and maintain the trust-grade, HIPAA-conscious web infrastructure that the rest of our disciplines run on, spanning client marketing sites, service pages, and intake experiences for behavioral health brands.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance marketing and service pages for behavioral health clients
• Implement intake forms and conversion-focused UI in close collaboration with our CRO and UX teams
• Translate design systems into clean, reusable, accessible frontend components
• Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical SEO best practices
• Collaborate with backend and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and cross-browser/device issues across live client sites

What we're looking for

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or similar
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience working with CMS platforms and/or static site generators
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and Core Web Vitals
• Ability to collaborate closely with design, SEO, and conversion optimization teams

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining marketing sites for agencies or multi-client environments
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO workflows
• Exposure to HIPAA-conscious or healthcare-adjacent web development practices
