Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral-health marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO, digital PR, CRO, UX, and web development as one integrated growth engine, accountable to qualified inquiries rather than rankings or activity reports. We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build and maintain the trust-grade web infrastructure and client-facing tools that the rest of the engine runs on.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications and marketing sites, from database and API layers through to responsive front-end interfaces
- Partner with design, SEO/GEO, and CRO teammates to ship service pages, intake forms, and conversion-focused experiences
- Build and optimize for Core Web Vitals, page performance, and scalable, HIPAA-conscious architecture
- Integrate analytics, tracking, and reporting tooling to support experimentation and measurement across client sites
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code review
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing technical improvements across client and internal projects
What we're looking for
- Professional experience building full stack web applications (front end and back end)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
- Experience with server-side development, REST or GraphQL APIs, and relational or NoSQL databases
- Comfort working with CMS platforms, site performance optimization, and modern deployment/hosting workflows
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and analytics stakeholders
- Solid understanding of web accessibility, SEO-friendly front-end practices, and responsive design
Nice to have
- Experience building or maintaining sites in regulated or high-trust industries (e.g., healthcare)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, tag management, or CRO/experimentation tooling
- Experience with headless CMS or JAMstack architectures
