Job description

Higglo Digital builds integrated growth systems — SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR — for ABA and behavioral health brands, and we're looking for a JavaScript Engineer to help build and maintain the web properties and tooling that power that engine. You'll work on fast, accessible, search-ready websites and internal tools that support our SEO, GEO, and CRO work, collaborating with a remote-first team spread across Europe and North America.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain performant, accessible web applications and marketing sites using modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Implement and optimize front-end features informed by CRO and UX experimentation (A/B tests, form rebuilds, session-replay insights)
  • Work with structured data, schema markup, and technical SEO requirements to support search and AI-discovery visibility
  • Collaborate with designers, SEO/GEO strategists, and other engineers to ship features within existing sprint cycles
  • Monitor and improve site performance, including Core Web Vitals and crawlability
  • Debug and resolve issues across the stack, from front-end rendering to API integrations

What we're looking for

  • Solid professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
  • Experience building and shipping production web applications, ideally including marketing or content-heavy sites
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and technical SEO fundamentals (Core Web Vitals, schema, crawlability)
  • Comfort working with APIs, structured data, and CMS or headless CMS integrations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first team
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across SEO, CRO, and UX disciplines

Nice to have

  • Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
  • Familiarity with analytics implementation and reporting pipelines
  • Prior experience in a marketing, agency, or growth engineering context
