Outreach Associate

Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral-health marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO, digital PR, CRO, UX, and web development as one integrated growth engine, accountable to qualified inquiries rather than rankings or activity reports. We're hiring an Outreach Associate to help grow the network of publishers, referral partners, and industry contacts that feed our clients' digital PR and authority-building efforts.

What you'll do

• Research and build targeted lists of media contacts, publishers, podcasters, and referral partners relevant to ABA and behavioral health
• Write and send personalized outreach emails and follow-ups to secure placements, mentions, guest posts, and backlinks
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and placements in a CRM or shared tracker
• Coordinate with content and SEO team members to align outreach targets with active campaigns
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing media and partner contacts over time
• Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and secured placements

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in link building, digital PR, sales development, or a similar outreach-driven role
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with cold outreach at volume
• Familiarity with outreach and prospecting tools (email sequencing platforms, CRMs, spreadsheet tracking)
• Highly organized, able to manage a large pipeline of contacts and follow-ups without dropping details
• Comfortable working toward measurable targets like response rates and placements secured
• Basic understanding of SEO or digital PR concepts such as backlinks and domain authority

Nice to have

• Prior experience doing outreach specifically for healthcare, ABA, or another trust-sensitive industry
• Experience with SEO or link-building tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms
