Job description
Higglo Digital is an integrated growth system built specifically for ABA and behavioral health brands, combining SEO, GEO, digital PR, CRO, UX, and web development into one operating engine that is accountable to qualified pipeline rather than vanity metrics. We're a remote-first team working across Europe and North America, and we're looking for a Project Manager to keep our cross-disciplinary engagements running on time, on scope, and coordinated across a small operator-led team.
As Project Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our disciplines — SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, and web development — making sure work ships on a single, sequenced roadmap instead of six competing backlogs.
What you'll do
- Own project plans and timelines across multiple concurrent client engagements, keeping scope, budget, and delivery dates aligned
- Coordinate handoffs between specialists (SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web dev, PR) so work moves through the roadmap without bottlenecks
- Run regular status check-ins and reporting cadences with internal teams and clients
- Identify risks, resource conflicts, and scope creep early, and escalate or resolve them before they affect delivery
- Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, and next steps across tools and stakeholders
- Partner with account and delivery leads to translate client goals into actionable, sequenced workstreams
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ideally in a marketing, digital, or agency environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track detail across several workstreams simultaneously
- Clear, confident communicator, comfortable running meetings with both internal teams and clients
- Comfortable working with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
- Track record of keeping projects on schedule and within scope without constant oversight
Nice to have
- Experience in a digital marketing, SEO, or web development agency setting
- Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated/trust-heavy industry
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
