Higglo Digital is an integrated growth system built specifically for ABA and behavioral health brands, combining SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR into one engine accountable to qualified pipeline rather than vanity metrics. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to build and run the social presence that supports this engine — extending our authority, content, and results into the channels where our audience of behavioral health operators and clinical decision-makers pay attention.
What you'll do
- Own the social media strategy and content calendar across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram), aligned with company messaging and campaigns
- Write, design, or coordinate the creation of posts, graphics, and short-form video that reflect our positioning and case study results
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers, clients, and industry voices
- Track and report on social performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, referral traffic) and adjust strategy based on results
- Collaborate with content, PR, and design teams to repurpose blog posts, press placements, and case studies into social-ready formats
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices relevant to B2B and healthcare-adjacent audiences
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally, ideally in a B2B, agency, or healthcare-adjacent context
- Strong writing skills and an eye for visual content, even if you're not the one doing final design work
- Comfort with social analytics tools and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience planning and executing content calendars across multiple platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and coordinate across distributed teams
- Familiarity with scheduling and social management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated/trust-heavy industries
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar)
- Familiarity with SEO or content marketing fundamentals and how social supports broader organic strategy
