Technical SEO Specialist

Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral-health marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization), CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR as one integrated growth engine rather than separate retainers. We're hiring a Technical SEO Specialist to own the technical foundation that the rest of the engine runs on - site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals - across a portfolio of ABA and behavioral-health client sites.

What you'll do

• Run technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
• Diagnose and prioritize fixes for crawl budget issues, canonicalization, redirects, JavaScript rendering, and log file anomalies
• Partner with web development to implement structured data (schema markup) and entity signals that support both traditional search and AI answer engines
• Monitor and improve site health metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and log analyzers
• Collaborate with content and PR teams to ensure technical infrastructure supports topical authority and entity clarity initiatives
• Track and report on organic search performance, working alongside the CRO and analytics functions to connect technical health to pipeline outcomes

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally agency-side or in-house managing multiple sites
• Deep familiarity with crawlers and diagnostic tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, log file analysis)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript well enough to scope and QA technical fixes with developers
• Experience with structured data/schema markup implementation
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and page performance optimization
• Clear written communication skills for translating technical findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing for AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) in addition to traditional search
• Background working with healthcare, HIPAA-conscious, or other trust-sensitive industries
• Familiarity with site migrations and large-scale information architecture projects
