Higglo Digital is the ABA and behavioral health marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR as one integrated growth engine rather than six separate retainers. We're hiring a Webflow / WordPress Developer to build and maintain the trust-grade site infrastructure that our design, content, and conversion teams run on — powering client marketing pages, service sites, and intake experiences for ABA and behavioral health operators.
What you'll do
- Build, launch, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow and WordPress based on design files and content briefs
- Implement custom CSS, JavaScript, and CMS structures to support scalable, reusable page templates
- Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and CRO specialists to implement A/B tests, forms, and intake flows
- Optimize sites for Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical SEO best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, cross-browser issues, and hosting/CMS configuration problems
- Manage ongoing site updates, integrations (analytics, forms, third-party tools), and QA across multiple client projects
What we're looking for
- Proven experience building and shipping production websites in both Webflow and WordPress
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom builds beyond template defaults
- Familiarity with CMS structuring, dynamic content, and reusable component/symbol systems
- Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals and site performance optimization
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and client-facing deliverables with attention to detail
- Experience integrating third-party tools (analytics, forms, scheduling, CRM) into Webflow or WordPress sites
Nice to have
- Experience building sites in regulated or high-trust industries (healthcare, legal, finance)
- Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious web practices
- Basic experience supporting CRO experiments or landing page testing programs
